We offer some services which are not covered by the NHS. We have a policy of charging for such services, including medical examinations, forms for private insurance and private certificates.

Figures are based on BMA guidelines and are comparative to other GP surgeries.
This list is not exhaustive and charges may be required for other services requested. You will be informed of these up front.
We try to follow this list as strictly as possible but due to the variation in requests, the GP may assess the cost on seeing the form depending on complexity, quantity of information required and amount of time required to complete fully. You will be informed of any costs to be paid.

We do not offer the chicken pox vaccine or private meningitis vaccines.
Occupational health blood tests and vaccinations
We do not provide any vaccinations or blood tests for occupational health purposes. Your employer has an obligation to provide these services under health and safety law.
Pre-fertility screening
Screening for HIV, Hepatitis B & C prior to fertility treatment is not available in Primary care. This is in line with the South West London CCG policy. Private blood tests can be done via a Private GP Surgery.
